Amman Business Heights Commercial Project Underway

Heights is a 20 storey commercial tower located in Jordan's Abdali Master Plan Development. Positioning itself as the first real-estate developer to launch commercial towers in this area, our Middle East property partner DAMAC is locating this building  along Naboulsi Street at Naboulsi Gate; one of the most favorable sites within the Abdali area.

DAMAC appointed M/s. Issa Haddadin & Partners Construction Co as the enabling works contractor for the Business Heights project in Amman towards the end of 2007.

The Company has a very strong track record for delivering top quality projects adhereing to the highest standards of operational professionalism and time efficiency. DAMAC is always keen on presenting new projects that meet the needs and expectations of customers and the general market at large.

By launching it’s 'Business Heights’. Project within the Abdali development zone, DAMAC is singling itself as the first real-estate developer to launch projects within this area. DAMAC was also the first to launch a residential project within the first location. Since the year 2007, the Company also launched 6 projects within the Abdali area in the year 2007.
